Our manufacturing activities relate to process pipe line. Our range of manufacture of Pipe Fittings include Buttweldable as well as Socket wieldable Elbows, Tees, Reducers, Bends, Caps, Subtends, Flanges, etc.

We have also developed and manufactured Long Radius Bends having radius as high as 18D in Schedule 10S, to XXS. We are enclosing herewith our product catalogue which we hope you shall find quite informative.

 ORGANIZATION

We are a growing Organization comprising of 25 Employees out of which 5 are well qualified Engineers. The partner & CEO with other QC & production staff are experienced in the same field for more than 10 years working with systems compatible to ISO 9000 and acceptable to any third party inspection/ consultants.

 REGISTERED OFFICE & FACTORY

Our Factory is situated at 496/1, G.I.D.C., Makarpura, VADODARA - 390 010. and is well equipped with all the infrastructure for the manufacture of Carbon Steel Alloy steel and Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings of international quality and Standards.

 QUALITY CONTROL & INSPECTION

Strict quality control is maintained at each stage of manufacture. The system of stage wise inspection at various stages of manufacturing of individual component for dimensions, quality and tolerances has enabled us to maintain the best quality of our product. The major raw material utilized for the Pipe Fittings are Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel and Carbon Steel Pipes. These items are procured either indigenously from reputed companies like MSL, ISMTL - CHOKSI TUBES, RATNAMANI TUBES Ahmedabad or imported with Mill Certificates Besides they are further subjected to check testing for detailed Physical and Chemical analysis at reputed independent Laboratories by our Inspection Department to ensure compliance with relevant ASTM Standards before taking for production, when cross check is required. Similarly for forgings, bars are procured from SAIL, VSL & other steel plants & plates from SAIL, ESSAR or imported.

The thrust of our Quality Control Programmed for Pipe Fittings is to ensure their compliance with the relevant manufacturing standards like ASTM A 234 / A 403 /A420/A105/A181/A182/A350/A694
